Please note that in accordance with health requirements, all travelers traveling to and from the Maldives are required to submit a self-declarative health declaration within 48 hours prior to departure.
As per the Government of the Maldives and the Health Protection Agency, Passengers entering to the Maldives are NO LONGER required to present a PCR negative test result upon arrival if the individual(s) have completed the prescribed dose(s) of a Covid-19 vaccine that is being approved by the Maldives Food & Drug Authority or by the World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Use Listing (EUL) and at least 14 (fourteen) days have passed since. (Booster dose(s) are not required to be eligible for this exemption).
Since many countries require travelers to produce a negative PCR, we are pleased to facilitate PCR testing for our guests who require it before departure. The PCR sample will be collected within 48 to 24 hours, prior to the departure time. Any of our guests who require a pre-departure test may coordinate with our Guest Service team on arrival to schedule the sample collection.
The resort Doctor will collect the sample as per HPA guidelines and send it to the ADK Hospital PCR lab for testing. The PCR result will be issued about 12 hours prior to departure.
The hotel has implemented health and safety protocols for the safety of guests and team members in the hotel and advises everyone to follow them. However, we cannot guarantee that you won’t be exposed to COVID-19 during your stay.
In an unfortunate event, if you tested positive for COVID-19 and have to extend your stay in isolation in the hotel, you should follow the local health authority rules of isolation and must pay your accommodation and any other charges until your departure date. In such a case, the hotel will offer its best available rates and ensure essential services are delivered to you.
